Job summary

Wickes is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to join the Northampton Distribution Centre. You will maintain and administer our HRIS across the employee lifecycle, grant access, and perform data integrity audits as part of the Shared Services team.

You’ll work closely with payroll and operations, drive system improvements including AI automation, and create guides and testing documentation while supporting HR projects and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR system super user with a passion for system development.
• Hands-on experience testing users and working across multiple data sources.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer HRIS across the employee lifecycle.
• Grant access, manage releases and conduct data integrity audits.
• Act as tier-2 escalation point for Shared Services and support HR projects.
• Provide specialist HR data knowledge for upgrades, tool design and reporting.
• Collaborate with payroll and operations to ensure accurate pay and period closures.
