Job summary

Technical Network UK is seeking an HR People & Data Coordinator to join the HR function at our UK Head Office. The role blends HR administration, HR systems, people data and MI/reporting to standardise HR data usage across the business.

You will ensure processes, systems and data are accurate and continuously improved, analysing HR data to drive value and automate workflows, with a focus on data integrity and cross-location support.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee data and HRIS/HR analytics.
• Ability to produce regular HR reports and MI.
• Strong Excel and data-handling skills.
• Attention to data quality and process improvement mindset.
• Experience across UK locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing employee starters, leavers and changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Producing contracts, letters and other HR documentation.
• Maintaining accurate employee information within the HRIS (Workday).
• Supporting HR administration across multiple UK locations.
• Producing regular HR reports and Management Information.
• Extracting, analysing and presenting people data.
• Identifying trends and opportunities through HR data.
• Supporting improvements in data accuracy and reporting.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve processes.
• Supporting standardisation across HR operations.
• Challenging inefficient, manual ways of working.
• Supporting the wider HR team with systems, data and projects.
