Job summary

SPG Resourcing is seeking a HR Data & Systems Analyst to join an in-house HR Systems and Analytics team in Manchester/Leeds (Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office). The role focuses on payroll configuration, reporting, and ongoing Workday development across UK and global payroll processes.

You will build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and stakeholders to implement improvements within a modern HR tech stack including Power BI and

Qualifications

• Experience administering and configuring Workday.
• Experience with Workday reporting and dashboards.
• UK payroll knowledge is advantageous.
• Power BI and data visualization experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and configuration of Workday across modules.
• Lead UK payroll and global payroll projects.
• Configure, test and support Workday payroll functionality.
• Build and maintain Workday reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain HR data integrity and resolve data quality issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing and optimisation.
• Contribute to HR data and reporting landscape, including data warehouse and Power BI integration.
