Wickes is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to join the Northampton Distribution Centre. You will maintain and administer our HRIS across the employee lifecycle, grant access, and perform data integrity audits as part of the Shared Services team.

Our People Team is looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join us on a full-time basis at our Northampton Distribution Centre.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind maintaining and administering our HRIS systems across the entire employee lifecycle. From granting access and managing releases to performing data integrity audits, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also act as a tier-2 escalation point for our Shared Services team and play a key specialist role in exciting HR systems projects.
