Job summary

S And B Talent is partnering with a professional services client to recruit an HR Systems Specialist who will combine day-to-day system support with configuration, reporting and improvements.

You’ll maintain and configure the HR platform, investigate issues, develop dashboards, test updates and translate HR needs into practical system changes while collaborating with HR, IT and external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and configuring HR platforms, especially Workday.
• Ability to translate HR requirements into practical system improvements.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how to explain system issues to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure the HR platform.
