Job summary

Dojo is seeking an HRIS Data & Reporting Specialist to join our People Operations team on a six-month contract. You will strengthen the health of core HR data, enable trusted reports and dashboards, and support AI-enabled tools.

You will conduct deep-dive audits, perform data remediation and improve data-entry workflows to prevent future issues, while refining Workday reporting architecture for real-time people metrics across the business.

Qualifications

• Workday HCM data reporting and visualization expertise.
• Detail-oriented data management with ability to spot anomalies in large datasets.
• Ability to translate data findings for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data Integrity & Remediation: Deep-Dive audits of Workday HCM data categories to identify gaps and discrepancies.
• Data Cleansing: Fix and fill missing data points for historical accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Improve data-entry workflows to prevent future quality issues.
• Workday Reporting & Governance: Audit and rationalise Workday HCM reports; deactivate unused versions and correct inaccuracies.
• Reporting Architecture: Organise and categorize reporting tools for easy discovery by stakeholders.
• Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain Workday HCM dashboards for real-time metrics.
• Documentation: Document data fields and definitions for internal maintenance.
