Job summary

Infinity Quest Limited is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join the People Function Value Stream, with a primary focus on Workday HCM and support across Talent Management, Recruitment, Reward & Benefits, and Learning & Development. You will help evolve system roadmaps, drive enhancements and provide high-quality maintenance and BAU support for critical People systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workday HCM Analyst or similar role.
• Workday Core HCM is mandatory.
• Experience in testing Workday releases and BAU/production support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day configuration, maintenance and BAU support for Workday HCM.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Workday components including Business Processes, Security, Reports and Calculated Fields.
• Manage and resolve Jira tickets, incidents and system requests.
• Support Workday release management and testing.
• Collaborate with HR/People stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver system solutions.
• Contribute to People Function technology roadmaps and ongoing delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
