Job summary

Sportradar is seeking a People Systems & Insights Partner specialized in Workday to drive configuration, data integrity and reporting across HR processes. You will support performance, learning, time & absence, compensation and security concerns while growing toward ownership of larger Workday areas.

You will collaborate with global teams, resolve escalations, and help deliver audits, testing and dashboards with end users in mind. Flexible hours and 0.8 FTE option available.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in HRIS, HR systems, HR operations or people analytics – Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Accuracy with data, audit trails and ability to publish confidently.
• Calm, organised and deadline-driven during live cycles.

Responsibilities

• Execute mass data loads (EIBs) for org changes and annual cycles with accuracy.
• Run operational cycles for performance, calibration and compensation reviews.
• Resolve escalated Workday tickets (tier 2) and address root causes.
