Job summary

We’re partnering with a professional services business in London to recruit an HR Systems Specialist. You’ll combine day-to-day Workday configuration and support with reporting, dashboards and improvement work.

You’ll work closely with HR, IT and external providers to translate HR requirements into practical system changes, test updates, identify automation opportunities and explain issues clearly to colleagues with varying technical experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting and configuring Workday.
• Workday HCM certification would be useful, although not essential.
• Ability to explain system issues clearly to colleagues with varying levels of technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and configuring the HR platform.
• Investigating system issues and resolving data or integration problems.
• Developing reports and dashboards that support business decisions.
• Testing updates and helping introduce new functionality.
• Turning HR requirements into practical system improvements.
• Identifying opportunities to automate tasks and improve the user experience.
