Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a highly organised HR Systems and Operations Officer to join a London-based Multi-Academy Trust on a fixed-term basis. You will support the deployment of a new HRIS, maintain accurate employee records, and deliver first-line HR administration across multiple schools.

The role requires experience in HR administration, systems management, and strong IT skills. You will work closely with payroll, finance and external HR providers, ensuring compliant and efficient

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR Administration or HR Operations.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and employee life cycle.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office and HRIS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and management of the Trust's HR system.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, contracts, variations and leavers.
• Provide HR guidance to managers in line with policies.
• Collaborate with payroll, finance and external HR providers.
