Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting an experienced HR Systems and Operations Officer for a South London multi-academy trust. You will lead the Every HR platform implementation, manage employee data migration, and support recruitment, onboarding and safeguarding processes across several schools.

Reporting to the CFO, you will produce workforce reports, dashboards and HR MI, ensuring compliance and effective HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, HR systems or HR Officer roles.
• Experience maintaining HR systems and employee records.
• Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and administration of the Every HR system.
• Manage employee data migration, validation and record maintenance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and safer recruitment processes.
• Prepare contracts, variation letters and HR correspondence.
• Monitor DBS checks, workforce compliance and employment records.
• Produce workforce reports, dashboards and management information.
• Provide HR systems and procedural support to managers.
• Work collaboratively with payroll, finance and external HR advisers.
