The East Midlands Combined County Authority is seeking an experienced HR Systems & MI Lead to build a modern, data-driven HR function. You will own HR systems and MI, develop dashboards, and provide workforce insights to leaders on recruitment, turnover, absence and diversity.

You will improve HR processes, automate where possible, and ensure data quality and compliance while collaborating with HR, IT, Finance and external partners.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting complex workforce data.
• Experience administering, developing or optimising HR systems.
• Experience designing dashboards and presenting workforce information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of HR dashboards and MI using Power BI to turn data into insight.
• Analyse workforce information to identify trends, risks and opportunities with evidence-based recommendations.
• Produce regular and ad hoc workforce reports to support planning and decision-making.
• Act as EMCCA’s HR systems superuser, providing advice and support to HR colleagues and users.
• Lead configuration and continuous improvement of HR systems to meet compliance and reporting needs.
• Maintain key system structures like hierarchies, posts, workflows and reference data.
• Manage integrations between HR systems and payroll, finance and learning platforms.
• Collaborate with system providers on enhancements, upgrades and issue resolution.
• Lead data quality and assurance activities including audits and cleansing.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation to improve efficiency.
• Support audit and data protection compliance across HR data.
