Job summary

An East London-based law firm is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join the People team on an initial three-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on reviewing and enhancing HR reporting, extracting and analysing data from multiple sources, and developing dashboards and management information using Excel and Power BI.

You will work with senior stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, improve data accuracy and governance, and establish sustainable reporting frameworks

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR Data Analytics, People Analytics or HR reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong Power BI experience.
• SQL experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for HR.
• Establish monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Analyse workforce trends across headcount, absence, attrition, diversity, pay reviews and gender pay gap.
• Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Improve data accuracy, governance andStreamline reporting processes.
• Create sustainable reporting frameworks and documentation.
