Job summary

One Manchester is seeking an HR Systems & MI Coordinator to lead the HRIT system, work with IT and People & Culture teams, and improve reporting, data quality, and automation. You will ensure reliable data and support statutory reporting requirements.

The role requires experience with Power BI, HR systems, and advanced Excel, with a focus on compliance and process improvement. 35 hours per week, Manchester, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Proven ability to produce bespoke HR reports and analyse KPI data.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, including administration and training.
• Advanced IT skills, especially Excel with VLOOKUP.
• Experience with HR/payroll systems such as IRIS Cascade.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead administrator and SME for the HRIT system; ensure governance and user support.
• Manage HR data and reporting, produce KPIs, dashboards, and automated reports.
• Drive workflow automation and system enhancements for productivity.
• Lead HRIT audits and implement best practices for compliance.
• Create process documentation and training materials; coach others.
• Deliver statutory reporting data, including ONS submissions.
• Support HR projects and contribute to People & Culture initiatives.
