The role focuses on dashboards, automated reports, and delivering reliable people data for operations and statutory needs.

Responsibilities include system administration, KPI reporting, process documentation, and training colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience of developing Power BI reporting.
• Clear understanding of HR Systems.
• CIPP Level 5 qualification or near completion.
• Experience developing HR systems and training.
• Experience producing bespoke reports from HRIT systems.
• Experience with dashboards and Business Objects reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HRIT system and related systems administration.
• Own data and reporting within People and Culture, producing KPI data and bespoke monthly reports.
• Develop dashboards and automate workflows to improve efficiency.
• Audit HRIT usage and research best practices for compliant use.
• Create process documentation to train colleagues on reporting.
• Deliver audit recommendations within agreed timelines.
• Ensure HR systems comply with UK statutory requirements.
• Coach HR colleagues on KPI and reporting processes.
