Job summary

Coastland College is seeking a proactive People Systems & Data Coordinator to lead the HR Information System (iTrent) administration, data integrity and reporting. You will drive automation, improvements and governance across People Services, Payroll and Finance to enhance decision-making and the employee experience.

The role focuses on system configuration, data accuracy, security, and the development of insightful workforce dashboards and MI to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HR information systems and data governance.
• Ability to develop dashboards and reporting for workforce metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with process automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead administrator and SME for the HRIS (iTrent).
• Maintain and develop system configuration, workflows, forms and user permissions.
• Lead continuous improvement of people systems and digital ways of working.
• Ensure workforce data is accurate, secure and audit-ready.
• Develop workforce dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Provide training and support to managers using People systems.
• Support workforce planning through accurate data and reporting.
