A UK-based special education provider is seeking an HR Systems and Data Analyst to optimize their HR practices through data insight and analysis. We are looking for an experienced and detail focused HR Systems and Data Analyst who shares our passion for making a difference through data, insight and innovation.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping us understand our workforce across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Systems and Data Manager and wider HR teams, you’ll ensure our HR systems and people data provide meaningful insight that supports informed decision‑making and strengthens our employee value proposition.
You’ll take ownership of delivering accurate, timely and insightful reporting from our HRIS (Workday), translating data into clear narratives that help the business understand trends, risks and opportunities. From workforce demographics to engagement, benefits and absence data, your work will help shape how we continue to be a great place to work.
As HR Systems and Data Analyst, you’ll work in partnership with stakeholders across the Group to deliver high‑quality people information that drives performance. You’ll support the configuration, integrity and ongoing development of our HRIS, ensuring data is accurate, compliant and fit for purpose.
You’ll be responsible for producing regular and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards and analysis, interpreting results and highlighting key insights. You’ll support core Workday modules including HCM, Absence and Benefits, contribute to audits and exception reporting, and work with third‑party providers such as engagement survey and benefits platforms.
This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing technical systems expertisedracht with problem solving and collaboration, and who thrives in a fast paced, multi site environment.
