Job description

Kenna Recruitment is immediately searching for a HR Systems Analyst to join one of the UK's most well known housebuilders out of their office in either Warwick, High Wycombe or Solihull.

Overview:

The HR Systems Analyst will serve as a key resource in managing and supporting our SuccessFactors HRIS platform.

Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and prompt resolution of HR and payroll-related queries.

The incumbent will manage change requests within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs), handle foundation object data, and partner with various stakeholder groups to drive system improvements and maintain compliance.

System Administration:
  1. Maintain and update foundation objects data within SAP SuccessFactors.
  2. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and consistency.
  3. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with the HRIS Manager or external vendors for resolution.
  4. Manage change requests, including setting up new positions, work patterns, etc.
  5. Manage permissions and workflows within the system.
  6. Support testing activities across the platform.
  7. Assist with mandatory release management from the provider.
Change Request Management
  1. Review, prioritize, and implement system change requests within established SLAs.
  2. Document and communicate all changes to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Provide guidance and support to end-users on new or modified functionalities.
Stakeholder Support
  1. Collaborate with Payroll, HR Administration, and Talent Acquisition teams to meet their system needs.
  2. Support system-related queries and issues from the HR admin inbox.
  3. Produce reports for HR and business stakeholders as needed.
Process Improvement
  1. Identify and advocate for process enhancements and best practices within HR Systems.
  2. Develop system processes and SOPs.
  3. Train and mentor HR team members on system capabilities.
Data Management & Compliance
  1. Maintain high data accuracy in line with data protection regulations.
  2. Conduct routine data audits and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Support HRIS Manager in data security and compliance governance.
Experience, Qualifications, and Technical Requirements
  1. 2-3 years’ experience with an HRIS platform (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc.).
  2. Experience specifically with SAP SuccessFactors (Required).
  3. Strong MS Excel skills for data manipulation, and familiarity with system testing and change management processes.
