Introduction
The HR Systems and Data Team is responsible for the application support and development of the new iTrent HR and Payroll System, enabling users to fully utilize the applications. The team provides leadership and technical advice on system applications to maximize productivity and performance.
The team also delivers insightful HR management information, key workforce indicators, and analysis to support strategic decision-making by management teams.
The Role
This role involves providing HR systems development and support, mentoring colleagues across a range of key applications serving HR, and ensuring the effective use of these systems within Parliament. The role includes providing high-level HR advice, guidance, and support related to HR systems.
