Job summary

GXO Logistics in Northampton is seeking an experienced HR Support Desk Manager to lead the People Services Support function. You will guide a team delivering colleague support, onboarding, and case management, unifying two organisations after a large acquisition.

The role is full-time, permanent with a hybrid pattern (3 days in the Northampton head office). A salary up to £45,000 and a comprehensive benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a HR or service desk team within a complex organisation.
• Track record of improving service performance and employee experience during change.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, case management and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Services Support Desk to deliver an exceptional colleague experience.
• Drive integration of support services and processes following the Wincanton acquisition.
• Oversee colleague support, onboarding and case management with service standards.
• Use data and feedback to improve performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
