Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Support Desk Manager to lead the People Services Support function in Northampton.

You will steer a high-performing team, drive onboarding and case management, and unify processes across two organisations for a seamless employee experience. You will partner with HR, Technology and business teams to deliver continuous improvement, leverage data insights and enable future service transformation in a hybrid, full-time role.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading a HR support desk or shared services.
Experience with HR systems and service management platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
Ability to drive change and improve service performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the People Services Support Desk to deliver exceptional colleague experiences.
Integrate support services and processes following the Wincanton acquisition to create a scalable function.
Oversee colleague support and onboarding activities, ensuring accurate case handling.
Use data and feedback to improve service performance and drive process simplification.
Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Technology and stakeholders to push service transformation.
