GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Lifecycle Manager to lead the strategy and performance of our employee lifecycle services.

Based in Northampton with hybrid working, you will unite two organisations post-acquisition and drive a more consistent, efficient colleague experience. You will lead a specialist team, partner with HR, Payroll, HR Technology and Centres of Excellence, and use data and technology to simplify processes, raise automation and deliver measurable business impact

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR operations, lifecycle, or shared services teams in a complex organisation.
• Proven track record of delivering service improvements and driving operational excellence through change.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop high-performing teams and foster accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the employee lifecycle service, aligning processes, ways of working and best practice after the acquisition.
• Inspire and coach a high-performing team, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive service innovation by simplifying processes, increasing automation and enhancing the colleague experience across the combined organisation.
