You will support the full employee lifecycle, handling HR service tickets, maintaining data accuracy, and managing positions within Oracle and HR systems while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR service tickets efficiently, ensuring requests are processed accurately, tracked effectively and resolved within agreed timescales.
• Maintain and validate employee, position and organisational data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance and data integrity.
• Create, amend and manage positions within Oracle, SuccessFactors and associated databases, including data cleansing and integrity reviews.
• Produce compliance audits, reporting and governance documentation, supporting continuous improvement and adherence to data management standards.
• Partner with HR teams, People Services colleagues and project stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant and efficient HR administration and position management processes.
