Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Lifecycle Manager to lead the strategy and performance of our employee lifecycle service in a central People Services function.

You will drive harmonisation, coach a high-performing team and partner with HR, Payroll and Technology to deliver measurable business outcomes. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Northampton, with three days per week in the Northampton head office.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle, Shared Services or Service Delivery teams.
• Proven track record of delivering service improvements and driving operational excellence through change.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the employee lifecycle service, harmonising processes following the acquisition.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive service innovation by simplifying processes, increasing automation and enhancing the colleague experience.
• Use data and feedback to improve service quality, efficiency and performance.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, HR Technology and business leaders to embed consistency and support the future People Services operating model.
