Job summary

GXO Logistics in Northampton is seeking an experienced HR Lifecycle Manager to lead the strategy and performance of our employee lifecycle service. You will oversee a specialist team, harmonise processes and maximise data and technology value across the combined organisation, following a large acquisition.

This role offers hybrid working with three days per week at our UK Head Office in Northampton, a salary up to £45,000 per annum, and a package including a pension, private medical and dental

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle, Shared Services or Service Delivery teams within a complex organisation.
• Proven track record delivering service improvements and driving operational excellence through change.
• Strong leadership with high-performing teams and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the employee lifecycle service, bringing together processes, ways of working and best practice following the Wincanton acquisition.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive service innovation by simplifying processes, increasing automation and enhancing the colleague experience across the combined organisation.
• Use data, operational insight and customer feedback to improve service quality, efficiency and performance.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, HR Technology and business leaders to embed consistency, influence change and support the future People Services operating model.
