Job summary

Invesco in the United Kingdom is seeking a HR Shared Services Coordinator to support HR operations across regional teams. You will handle inquiries via the employee portal and workday/ServiceNow transactions, ensuring accurate data and timely responses.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of HR processes; hybrid working is available, and you will collaborate with HR Partners to deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Direct related HR experience in a customer/client focused role.
• General knowledge of HR best practices and employment law is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
• Proven skills in Workday, or equivalent HR systems, are required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact/triage for incoming employee and manager inquiries through employee portal (myConnect), routing to content or escalating specialised requests to the appropriate HR team member.
• Processes and approves HR system transactions originating in Workday and ServiceNow, including employee changes, new hires, and terminations.
• Acts as an expert and owner of data and processes; reviews and works with HR team members to resolve data audit issues and participates in process improvements for data management and other HR initiatives.
• Coordinates with other HR team members to provide client support and service to assigned groups in payroll, compensation, or benefit-related questions and issues.
• Maintains employee data in systems and manages the process for complete and up-to-date personnel records.
• Organises and maintains employee files in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepares reports for internal business partners; collaborates with the Digital HR team to create custom reports.
• Supports Regulated Roles, including initiating background checks and maintaining training records.
• Provides administrative support for HR invoices and department projects.
• Assists other HR team members in the execution of department-specific projects.
• Other duties including HR/event planning and general office management duties.
