Under limited supervision, utilising established policies, procedures, and customary practices, the HR Shared Services Coordinator performs a variety of general HR duties and supports members of the regional Human Resources team, including HR Business Partners and Advisors for assigned client groups across multiple countries. The HR Shared Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries from managers and employees for the region through ServiceNow and will route and/or escape specialised queries to the appropriate teams.
