Job summary

Invesco in Henley-on-Thames seeks an experienced HR professional to deliver generalist HR services across designated functions in the EMEA region. You will support managers, manage employee relations, and implement policy changes in collaboration with HR Partners.

You will analyze HR data, ensure data quality in Workday, and assist recruitment activities while navigating local regulations and regulatory requirements. Hybrid role with in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on HR matters and applying policies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a global context.
• Experience with HR data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Be the HR point of contact for employees and managers in designated functions.
• Build relationships with HR partners, leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage employee relations issues in collaboration with line management.
• Counsel managers on policies and programs; support policy rollout.
• Provide data and insights to aid management decisions using Workday data.
• Assist hiring managers with job descriptions, postings and postings approvals.
• Conduct regular data audits and ensure data integrity.
• Lead or participate in HR projects and process improvements.
