Job summary

Bromford Flagship's HR Services Lead role sits in the HR department, overseeing People Plans across the business and guiding employee relations, recruitment and colleague experience. It targets a senior HR leader who balances governance with transformation, including AI and automation.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 and strong employment law knowledge, with a track record of leading multi-disciplinary HR services and influencing senior stakeholders across a complex organisation.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification
• Willingness to work towards CIPD Level 7

Responsibilities

• Link strategic HR direction to operational delivery; partner senior leaders
• Lead the delivery of People Plans across assigned business areas
• Oversee HR services including employee relations, recruitment, colleague experience and HRBP
• Manage HR service performance, risk and governance against SLAs
• Identify service improvements via automation and AI-enabled solutions
• Lead HR Managers, HR Business Partners and HR Operations colleagues
• Use people data and analytics to generate insight and influence decisions
• Ensure HR services stay compliant with legislation and aligned with priorities
• Work with organisational design and culture teams on workforce planning, succession planning and skills development
