Job summary

Artis HR is seeking a People Services Lead to oversee the delivery of people services within a large organisation, combining team leadership and broad HR oversight with involvement in an ongoing transformation programme.

You’ll lead a team supporting managers and employees across the lifecycle, ensuring day-to-day HR activity runs smoothly while helping evolve the way services are delivered. This is a senior, strategic role within a growing transformation initiative.

• Established HR leader with operational delivery and transformation experience.
• Broad generalist HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team delivering people support across the business.
• Oversee generalist HR services ensuring consistent support for managers and employees.
• Provide direction on employee relations, performance management and change efforts.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align People function with organisational priorities.
• Contribute to transformation programmes strengthening processes and service delivery.
• Partner with Reward, Talent and Organisational Effectiveness to drive improvements.
• Review ways of working to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Use insights to inform service improvements and decision-making.
