Artis HR is seeking a People Services Lead to oversee the delivery of people services within a large organisation. The role combines team leadership with broad HR oversight and participation in an ongoing transformation programme. You will work with senior stakeholders and partner with specialist HR teams to improve processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an HR, People Partnering or People Services team.
• Broad generalist HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle including ER.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex organisation.
• Ability to lead teams through change while maintaining service delivery.
• Experience contributing to projects or transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, influencing and organisational skills.
• A collaborative, commercially aware approach with big-picture thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team delivering people support across the business.
• Oversee generalist HR services ensuring consistent support for managers and staff.
• Provide direction on employee relations, performance management and lifecycle matters.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align People with business priorities.
• Lead transformation workstreams and implement improved processes.
• Partner with Reward, Talent and Organisational Effectiveness teams.
• Review ways of working to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Utilise feedback and insights to drive service improvements.
