Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Business Partner to support operational leaders across the business, delivering high-quality HR advice, managing employee relations activity, and helping ensure our people services reflect our values.

You will work with the People team, contribute to People Plans, use HR data for insights, and help with workforce planning, change initiatives, and employee lifecycle activities. Negotiable location, full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising managers on HR issues and policies.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR processes.
• Experience using data to inform decisions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality HR support to allocated business areas, ensuring processes are delivered efficiently and consistently.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners to support People Plans and organisational priorities.
• Manage employee relations casework with timely, pragmatic advice to managers.
• Support recruitment, lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and colleague experience activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve people processes and share insights with the HR team.
• Use HR data to monitor trends, track casework, and support reporting.
• Contribute to workforce planning, capability development, and change initiatives.
