VolkerWessels UK Ltd. is recruiting a HR Service Coordinator to join the HR Shared Services team in Hoddesdon. This 12-month Fixed Term Contract role focuses on delivering a responsive HR administration service across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to contract changes.

You will provide first-line HR guidance, manage documentation, maintain data accuracy and support reporting while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, shared services or contact centre.
• Strong written and spoken communication; able to work with stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience handling confidential information and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality HR transactional service across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide first-line HR guidance and support per policies and SLAs.
• Process documentation including offers, amendments, and records updates.
• Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to reporting and MI.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide outstanding service.
