Jobs4 is seeking an experienced HR operations leader to join a large, values-driven organisation. You will head the HR Service Centre, delivering a full employee lifecycle service and overseeing a team of HR professionals.

You will act as the escalation point for complex HR matters and partner with senior stakeholders to improve processes, compliance and service standards. The role focuses on HR systems, data management and people-related projects, with hybrid working and 3 days on site.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading high-volume HR service delivery teams.
• Team Leader experience in a shared service centre.
• Skilled in coaching, developing and motivating teams to achieve customer service outcomes.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment legislation, GDPR and compliance.
• Experience with HR systems and data management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change delivery capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead a busy HR Service Centre delivering a full employee lifecycle service.
• Oversee service delivery, manage and develop a team of HR professionals.
• Act as escalation point for complex HR matters and work with senior stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and raise service standards across the function.
