Job summary

Forward Role, partnering with a large organisation, seeks a Senior HR Shared Services Manager to lead a high-performing HR Services function and evolve service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, you will drive operational excellence, governance and data-driven decision-making, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in a growing business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR Operations, HR Services or Shared Services teams.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, GDPR and HR processes.
• Experience improving HR operating models, processes and controls.
• A track record of delivering change, transformation and automation initiatives.
• Strong HR systems and data reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver a best-in-class service.
• Driving continuous improvement, automation and service transformation initiatives.
• Ensuring robust governance, compliance and risk management across HR operations.
• Optimising HR systems, data integrity and reporting capabilities to support business decision-making.
• Building strong relationships across HR and the wider business, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
• Using data and insight to drive performance, influence decision-making and improve colleague experience.
