The role focuses on delivering accurate, compliant HR services across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, changes, absence, and leavers.

The ideal candidate has HR Operations or Shared Services experience, proven leadership, and strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and UK employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD Level 5 or 7 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the HR Administration team.
• Manage HR operations including onboarding, contracts, employee changes, absence management, leavers and compliance.
• Act as the escalation point for HR administration queries and provide expert guidance.
• Drive service excellence through KPI and SLA management.
• Improve processes, enhance employee experience and support HR system developments.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, Right to Work and company policies.
