Job summary

CMS UK is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead HR Administration and HR Operations across the firm. You will ensure compliant, efficient services and partner with HR Business Partnering teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.

You will oversee the HR Operations team, drive continuous improvement, manage Workday, and use HR data to improve service quality and client outcomes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR Administration and HR Operations in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle administration and service delivery standards.
• Experience coaching and developing HR teams, including change management.
• Confidence using HR data and systems to drive process improvements.
• Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partnering and Centres of Excellence.
• Excellent communication and handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of HR Administration and HR Operations services across the firm.
• Oversee lifecycle administration and Workday processes with strong controls.
• Coach and develop the HR Operations team and foster collaboration.
• Partner with HR Business Partnering and Centres of Excellence.
• Manage and optimise Workday and related HR technologies.
• Use HR data and metrics to assess service delivery and drive improvements.
• Manage relationships with third-party providers and SLAs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.
• Develop and maintain HR operational procedures and governance.
