Job summary

Catalyst Partners in Greater London is seeking an HR Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, partnering with HR and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and attract top talent across the business.

You will manage recruitment administration, coordinate postings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and handle offers and pre-employment checks, ensuring accurate records and smooth onboarding through systems like Workday and Zinc.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Recruitment Coordinator or HR recruitment support role.
• Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding and HR administration processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and onboarding/screening platforms such as Zinc is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment administration and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate job requisitions, advertising and vacancy postings across approved channels.
• Review applications and support candidate shortlisting.
• Schedule interviews, assessments and selection activities.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare offers, contracts and pre-employment screening documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor background checks and onboarding activities through Workday and Zinc.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
• Produce recruitment reporting and recruitment metrics.
• Support graduate, internship and other talent attraction programmes.
• Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
