Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is seeking an HR Recruitment Coordinator to own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new joiners across the firm. You will manage pre-employment screening, onboarding communications, and documentation, while coordinating adverts and interview logistics with hiring managers.

You will maintain records in Workday and Zinc, produce regular reports on vacancies and pipelines, and support across HR projects in a fast-paced wealth-management environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Recruitment Coordinator role preferably within Wealth Management or financial services.
• Proficiency in HR and Onboarding systems (e.g., Workday and Zinc preferably).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, solutions focused.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new joiners.
• Initiate pre-employment background screening for new joiners.
• Add new joiners to and maintain the onboarding tracker by completing the relevant recruitment administration sections.
• Coordinate job requisitions, postings and advertising across approved internal and external recruitment channels.
• Review applications against defined criteria and support the scheduling of interviews, assessments and selection activities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including calendars, meeting rooms or virtual links, candidate travel arrangements and interview materials.
• Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, including offers and contracts, in line with approved processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in applicant tracking systems and other HR systems.
• Support Recruitment Business Partner, HR Business Partners and hiring managers with shortlisting and timely decisions.
• Track recruitment activity and prepare regular reports on vacancies, candidate pipelines and time-to-hire.
