Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is seeking an HR Recruitment Coordinator to own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new joiners. You will manage pre-employment screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure accurate onboarding communications using Workday and Zinc.

You will serve as the main contact for candidates, support hiring managers with shortlisting and feedback, and maintain confidential records across HR systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Recruitment Coordinator role preferably within Wealth Management or financial services.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding HR processes, data management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in HR and Onboarding systems (e.g., Workday and Zinc preferably).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, solutions focused.
• Ability to work in a high-pressured environment and manage multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new joiners
• Initiate pre-employment background screening for new joiners
• Coordinate job requisitions, postings and advertising across approved channels
• Review applications and support interview scheduling and assessments
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process
• Prepare and manage recruitment documentation in line with approved processes
• Maintain records in the applicant tracking system and HR systems
• Support HR Partners and hiring managers with candidate shortlisting and feedback
• Track recruitment activity and prepare regular vacancy pipeline reports
• Assist in onboarding handovers and visa documentation where applicable
• Assist in broader HR projects.
