Job summary

BCG Expand is seeking an HR Specialist to own day-to-day HR administration and recruitment. You will scope roles with hiring managers, welcome new starters, and support HR projects across the team. The role emphasizes candidate sourcing, onboarding, and handling right-to-work checks.

You will interact with external candidates and internal teams, ensuring timely communications, contract management, and effective onboarding experiences for new starters at the London office.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in HR administration.
• University degree 2.1 or higher (preferable).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar job boards and candidate sourcing.
• Experience using Workday (preferable).
• Confident, personable communicator representing the business.
• Attention to detail with multiple trackers and deadlines.
• Knowledge of UK employment law basics and right to work checks.
• Experience managing high volume recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Scope new roles with hiring managers and advertise vacancies on job boards.
• Sourcing and screening CVs, screening calls, and arranging interviews with hiring managers.
• Managing onboarding and offboarding admin, contracts, offer letters and inductions.
• Owning our right to work and visa process.
• Managing probation and benefits processes.
• Assisting with HR projects and supporting the HR team as needed.
