Reward Gateway in London is seeking a proactive HR Generalist Associate to join the UK People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will help deliver broad HR generalist support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and people administration, working with the UK and Bulgaria teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR or recruitment-related role.
• Strong understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting recruitment activities and working with hiring managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Working knowledge of UK employment practices and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities across the business.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
• Support onboarding and transition activities for new hires.
• Provide first-line HR support and guidance on People policies and processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems; support lifecycle administration.
