Byd Europe seeks a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our UK HR team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK, collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements, craft compelling job profiles and deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines.

The role works closely with UK HR and HQ stakeholders to ensure recruitment activities comply with UK employment law, data protection and internal policies, supporting a smooth transition from interview to onboarding.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years in recruitment in the UK.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Fluent English written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the UK across multiple functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen CVs, coordinate interviews and assess candidates.
• Maintain candidate communication and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate offers and pre-employment checks as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies.
• Provide recruitment updates and reports to HR and HQ.
