Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are advertising an Administrator role based in Sherburn in Elmet, West Yorkshire. The job supports the HR/Payroll/Training team and liaises with the team manager to handle hours, payroll processing and invoicing. It is a permanent, office-based position with a 30,000 GBP per annum salary.

The role includes duties such as staff inductions, training scheduling, card renewals, holiday logging, and document filing. Some weekend/late shifts on rota basis may apply.

Qualifications

• Some office-based experience is desirable.
• Strong IT skills are desirable.
• An interest in progressing in Payroll is desirable.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collation of daily hours.
• Checking hours with vehicle tracker software.
• Data inputting and processing payroll.
• Processing subcontractor invoices and staff inductions.
• Scheduling staff training and updating training certificates.
• Holiday recording and maintaining personnel records.
• Processing expenses and online filing.
