Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking an HR Administrator to provide essential admin support to the HR/Payroll/Training team in a busy office. The role involves data entry, payroll assistance, and coordinating inductions and training while liaising with the team manager.

Based in Sherburn in Elmet, the position is permanent and office-based. The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a keen interest in progressing in payroll.

Qualifications

• Experience providing admin support with a focus on HR tasks.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping abilities.
• Proactive, organised and able to prioritise tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Collation of daily hours.
• Check hours with vehicle tracker data and input records.
• Assist with weekly payroll processing.
• Process subcontractor invoices and manage staff inductions.
• Schedule staff training and maintain training records.
• Update holiday records and renewal of training certificates.
