Job summary

KBR Leatherhead is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to deliver accurate, customer-focused HR services across the employee lifecycle. You will support core HR processes, maintain records, and resolve queries, helping to create a positive employee experience.

The role offers exposure to HR systems, data management, and process improvement, with opportunities to develop expertise in Workday and related technologies while contributing to operational excellence within the People function.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in HR administration or HR operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
• Support payroll through timely processing of employee changes.
• Handle absence management, probation reviews, and other HR processes.
• Respond to employee and manager queries with timely resolutions.
• Monitor shared HR inboxes and manage requests within service levels.
• Assist with administration of employee benefits and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and GDPR.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
