Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions LTD is seeking an organised HR Coordinator to join the People Services Team in Minworth. You will support the employee lifecycle, manage HR administration and act as a first point of contact for routine HR queries.

Based in our office, this full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week with a focus on preparations for an upcoming HR project and opportunities to grow in HR across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Organised, approachable and detail-focused HR Coordinator.
• Support the employee lifecycle and HR administration end-to-end.
• Initial focus on preparations for an upcoming HR project.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment approvals and advertise vacancies.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and contract variations.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, onboarding, inductions, probation reviews and leaver processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR system data.
• Manage absence procedures and monitor compliance deadlines.
• Respond to routine HR enquiries and escalate where needed.
