A leading HR services provider in Greater London is looking for a Manager – HR Operations to oversee the HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Workday and a strong focus on process improvement. Responsibilities include managing daily HR operations, supporting technical HR inquiries, and leading transformation initiatives to enhance HR efficiency. This role requires hands-on HR experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience acting in a people manager and player-coach role.
  • Strong process, data, and systems orientation with excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day oversight and management of the London HR Operations Team.
  • Serve as the Workday subject-matter expert providing technical support.
  • Lead and deliver HR process improvement and transformation initiatives.
