Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a HR Operating Model Specialist who will lead and shape large-scale HR transformation programmes, translating operating model ambition into actionable, enterprise-wide change.

Working within the Employee Experience & HR team, you will design and optimise operating models that deliver high-quality, efficient and future-ready services while aligning with clients’ organisational strategies and improving employee experience.
