Capgemini Invent is seeking a HR Operating Model Specialist to shape how our People function delivers high‑quality, future‑ready services. You will contribute to operating model design, process optimisation and analytics within Employee Experience & HR.

You will support HR transformation programmes, drive governance improvements, and help clients adopt new ways of working while collaborating with diverse stakeholders and contributing to proposals and thought leadership.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in HR transformation and operating model changes in complex organisations.
• Deep knowledge of HR, HR shared services, Payroll, Time Management and Benefits.
• Data-led analysis and problem solving; translate insights into recommendations.
• Highly collaborative; able to facilitate workshops and align diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, delivery-focused mindset with sound judgement and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of HR transformation projects, contributing to operating model design, process improvement, workforce analysis and change management.
• Review and optimise end-to-end HR processes, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, clarity, governance and cross-functional alignment.
• Undertake research, analytics and benchmarking to identify issues and shape client strategies.
• Support adoption of new ways of working, embedding continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations and thought leadership.
